Situated near Port Askaig on the north-eastern shores of Islay, Caol Ila distillery produces peated spirit which fans have come to recognise by its signature smokiness and maritime notes. This Caol Ila single malt was distilled in 2010 and transferred to a first fill Oloroso sherry octave for finishing in 2023.
 
This cask is bottled in collaboration with the Toronto Whisky Society, who believe that whisky should be shared in good company. Each place and glass evokes a memory and for them, and us, enjoying a fine whisky such as this is fitting of Go Home Lake, the subject of this label - captured by one of the Society's founding members.
 
This single malt scotch whisky is non-chill filtered and naturally coloured, yielding 85 bottles at a cask strength of 52.2% ABV.
