Our Junior Distiller, David, has spent over six months curating a spirit that can be enjoyed at home or down the pub watching football. This is the first edition in a series of team creations we're calling The Keepers Collection: paying homage to the lighthouse keepers of the North Coast and the North Point team who proudly wear our Lighthouse logo. 
 
The ultimate winter warmer, Honeyed Bliss is a blend of lightly-peated Scotch Whisky gently infused with cinnamon, ginger, cubeb pepper, allspice, mace, sweet orange, mango and apricot.
 
Bottled without chill-filtration to allow the natural honey and brown sugar’s rich texture to come through, this liqueur may haze when stored in colder temperatures.
